Skewers over the fire, plates going round the table, someone always ordering one more round. It's the easiest, most social way to eat here. Bring friends, bring the family, take your time.

Kids run off to see the animals between courses. Someone orders another plate for the middle of the table. The music starts. Nobody looks at their phone, and everybody stays an hour longer than they said they would. That's a normal evening here.
